1. Subscription Plans

Our platform operates on a subscription-based billing model. The following terms apply to refunds for subscription services:

1.1 Free Trial Period

  • New users may be eligible for a free trial period (duration specified on the pricing page).
  • No charges will be made until the trial ends.
  • Users can cancel anytime during the trial at no cost.

1.2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • Monthly plans are non-refundable once payment is processed.
  • You may cancel at any time, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused days.

1.3. Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plan users are eligible for a full refund if they cancel within the first 14 days of their subscription.
  • After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but users can continue using the service until the end of the billing period.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued after the refund window.

2. Subscription Modifications

Our platform operates on a subscription-based billing model. The following terms apply to refunds for subscription services:

2.1. Upgrades

  • Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately, and the difference in cost will be charged on a pro-rated basis.
  • Refunds are not applicable after a successful upgrade.

2.2. Downgrades

  • Downgrading your subscription will apply from the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are provided for the current cycle if you downgrade mid-term.

3. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing Settings.
  • Cancellation prevents future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current period.
